Partnership with Local Women's Group

IDNet partnered with a local women's group to deliver a leadership and entrepreneurship programme designed to strengthen economic independence and community resilience.

More than 50 women participated in workshops covering leadership fundamentals, financial literacy, small-business planning, and peer mentoring. Sessions were practical and community-centred, with space for participants to share challenges and co-create solutions.

Several participants began outlining business ideas and mutual-support networks that will continue beyond the formal training period. Facilitators and group leaders also identified follow-up coaching needs to help turn plans into sustainable income-generating activities.

This partnership reflects IDNet's commitment to empowering women as agents of inclusive development across Cameroon.
